Enabling Enterprise Launches Half Year Programme:
This January, Enabling Enterprise is launching an exciting new opportunity for teachers hoping to develop their students’ skills, experiences and aspirations with our Half Year Programme. In response to the needs of our current teachers, we have developed a six-month version of our Core Programmes.

This initiative will enable teachers to begin these Programmes in January or February as well as September, allowing teachers to begin our courses at a time of the academic year that is less hectic and at which students are often ready for a new challenge.

The Half Year Programme is a self-contained six-month course at the Core level, designed for students in Key Stages 3 & 4. All students who pass the Core Course will receive an NCFE Level 2 accredited Award to add to their portfolio. After this six month period, teachers will then have the opportunity to switch to the Full Year Programme by extending the course by another six months so that it runs from January to January. This will enable students to work towards the full NCFE Level 2 Certificate, which is equivalent to receiving an additional GCSE.
