Lots of programmes promise the earth and actually do very little. What matters most to us, and to our supporters as well, is the impact that the programme has on our students – we are looking for something big, and very positive.

We take our Impact Analysis programme seriously, and we know our supporters do too. Three times a year students complete an online reflection exercise, assessing their skills against a series of statements to capture how they feel about leadership, teamwork, personal organisation, and much more.
